Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policies At San Pedro Dental Care, we strive to provide the best care and service to all our patients. To ensure that we can accommodate the needs of all our patients and maintain an efficient schedule, we have established the following cancellation policy:

1. Notice Requirement: We request that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another patient who may be waiting for care.
2. Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are subject to a $40.00 cancellation fee. The fee amount may vary depending on the length and type of the scheduled appointment.
3. No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without notifying us, you will be considered a no-show. A $50.00 no-show fee will be applied to your account. Repeated no-shows may result in changes to your scheduling privileges.
4. Emergencies: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We will review these situations on a case-by-case basis and may waive the cancellation fee.
5. Appointment Confirmation: To help you remember your appointment, we provide reminders via phone, text, or email. However, it remains your responsibility to keep track of your appointments and notify us if changes are needed.

Fee Details:

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: $40.00
• No-show (regular appointments): $50.00

1. Payment of Fees: Cancellation and no-show fees will be applied to your account and must be settled prior to your next appointment.
